The following are some of the hotels that have been booked for IDOF 2010. For additional options, please contact the Hospitality Department of C&C International.

Minimum stay for all hotels: 2 nights (for the period between 21/10/2010 and 24/10/2010) The abovementioned prices are in Euros (per room/night) and include:

Booking Policy for Hotels in Greece

Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs For check-in earlier and/or check-out later than the standard hours, please take into account that you may do so upon request and depending on the room availability at the particular hotel. Please bear in mind that there might be an extra charge based on the time of actual check-out.

• On line accommodation booking is available for a minimum stay of 2 nights, from October 21st to October 24th, 2010.

A letter confirming your reservation will be sent to you by e-mail within five (5) days after having received both your reservation and your payment. Should you not receive a confirmation letter, please contact C & C International

Cancellation and Alteration Policy*

• Written cancellations received prior to May 20th 2010 will receive full refund minus 40 € administrative fee.
• Written cancellations received between May 20th and July 20th, 2010 will be charged with one (1) night stay.
• Written cancellations received between July 21st and September 13th, 2010 will be charged with two (2) nights stay.
• There will be no refund for cancellations received after September 13th, 2010.
• Alterations regarding accommodation will be accepted until September 24th, 2010 at a 40 € administrative fee. In this case, a new accommodation form duly filled in, is required and must be sent to C & C International
• No alterations will be accepted after September 24th 2010

All refunds will be processed within two (2) months following the conclusion of the Forum. * The above policy applies to individual bookings only. For group bookings please contact C & C International

IMPORTANT NOTES: NON ARRIVAL will result in the release of the reservation by the hotel and no refunds will be made. LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE (based on the dates of the confirmed booking) will result in the charge of the total accommodation amount and no refunds will be made.
