Speakers Ready Room

Audiovisual equipment
A Speaker Ready Room will operate throughout the duration of the meeting. Speakers are kindly requested to hand in all material of their presentation (USB-key, CD-ROM) at least one hour before their scheduled presentation time.

The following equipment will be available:

* Laptop
* Data video projector (PowerPoint presentation)
* Laser pointer
